Ergohuman Chair Warranty Information
All Ergohuman chairs carry a Lifetime Warranty on all parts, and a 5 year warranty on the fabric and leather. Raynor Eurotech offers the finest support and warranty service in the industry. Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser all components for the life of the product with the exception of upholstery and foam, which will be warranted for five years. Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser that all parts will be free from material defects. Eurotech will repair or replace, at it's option, any unaltered components. Customers own material is not warranted and the Warranty is limited to a forty hour work week and a weight limit of 250lbs. There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than those specifically described. Eurotech shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from any product defect.
Our return policy -
We accept returns for any reason within the first 30 days after you receive your product. If you have a problem with your Ergohuman chair, we ask that you contact Raynor's customer service first at 1-800-637-0005 extention 550, Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm as they offer impressive, high quality customer service and technical support and a quick phone call often answers your question and minor issues, replacement parts, etc. can be shipped directly to you. This is the fastest way to get this type of service.
IF their technical support determines that you need a full replacement, then you need to contact US at 1-800-531-3746 and we will initiate the RMA process to properly manage the exchange or replacement of your defective chair.
If you are merely unhappy with your chair and wish to return it, contact us via email or phone to intitiate a Return Authorization. There is a 25% restocking charge, plus outbound shipping, on all returns. You will need to return it to us postage paid. The restocking fee and shipping are waived for defective products only if exchanged for an identical chair. We cannot accept product returned without an RMA. Custom covered chairs are not returnable.
